One thing lawyers got right

I’ve had some fair experience dealing with lawyers and as bad as it may sound it’s a sure business to make easy money. Many of them have one first interest and that is to make money from you. In many cases they do very little to help your case. In criminal law the lawyer does not care if his or her client ends up in prison and more often than not they do the bare minimum to really help you. It’s not unusual to have lawyers who have a name for themselves to charge in access of £1000.00 an hour, the joke is they lose your case, and a student lawyer wins the case for you.

One of the reasons why a student lawyer wins is he is so detailed in his research as he wants to make a name for himself. A lawyer who charges the ends of the earth should feel ashamed of his ability if a student with less knowledge than him can beat a case which he was unsuccessful with. This is another one of those prime examples where money does not mean everything or the old saying you get what you pay for is anything but true.

The one thing lawyers did get right is how to make a lot of money quickly, to many of them fall way short of their frequently overrated high qualifications.

Missing Marysia growing quickly

It’s a nice thing to watch a child grow up and a sad thing when there is conflict between a mother and father just after birth and they split up in addition to that the mother tries to stop you seeing your child, sadly such actions frequently occur.

Despite breaking up with the mother I continued to visit my child every day the bad thing was as we had not so long finished there was conflict between us, shortly the mother began to try to restrict contact between me and Marysia which made our problems became worst. It’s a sad reality many mothers use children as a tool.

I hope a law will come in this world that when partners break up parental contact can be a very simple solution.

London UK Jury Service

I would like to place my faith in a jury and the one thing which I would hope for is that they base their conclusion on the facts and not on the way someone looks. A good example of this type of faith is expressed in the film called Green Mile, the bad thing that was a film but very much based on how people decide to make their minds up in a real jury. Juries that think like that should fed to the lions alive! People need to ask themselves just how honest are the Police? I have been a victim of such circumstances where a person fabricated evidence against me all in order to obtain a British passport and had police support.

This was easily obtainable as I am a man and the alleged victim was a Russian woman desperate to stay in the UK but also one seen as an attractive woman by the majority male UK Polish force. Another actor can be racial motives often reflected in mixed marriages. You’re a black male with an attractive white female having problems, you may not be violent in any shape or form but your partner may shout and scream in every argument therefore the neighbours call the Police even if you’ve not laid a finger on the woman people always believe the man is doing some wrong and they immediately point the finger at the man.

I was sentenced at Middlesex Guildhall Supreme Court for something which never even happen however because I did not support the marriage of a Russian woman you desperately needed to make every attempt to obtain a passport if she could find evidence to prove I was violent she could obtain a passport.
